9001:2008
Due to the
increasing
pressure from the part of customers and our effort to meet their
demands as to the quality of products and services, in the year 2001
KOVOPLAST v.d. introduced the quality control system according to the
requirements of the ISO 9001:1994 standard. At the end of 2003 we
switched to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, and at the same we implemented
also the ISO 14001 standard. Successful implementation of these systems
was certified by the auditing firm SGS Czech Republic, s.r.o.. The last
re-certification was accomplished on 23.06.2006.

16949:2002
One of the main
objectives
of quality is to implement the quality system, which meets ISO/TS
16949:2002, the standard for automotive industry. The intensive
preparation will result in the certification audit which, according to
the plan, was completed on 31.10.2006.
Quality
policy and EMS
Through the
continuous
improvement and enlarging of its assortment of products and services,
KOVOPLAST v.d. wishes to win one of the most important positions on the
market with injected plastics in the Czech Republic, to spread the
awareness of the co-operative society as the producer of tools and
forms and to enlarge the customers' territories in abroad.
Excellent
products and
services for customers in its essence are not the objective of the
cooperative society, but represent its essential prerequisite. All
activities focus to achieve the most stable and respectful positions on
the market, as well as the highest profitability of all products.
Through this
quality policy
the management of the cooperative society is committed to fully support
the continuous improvement of quality and to provide the necessary
sources for its achievement. For the purpose of continuous improvement
of quality the cooperative society management defines regularly the
quality objectives which are further elaborated for individual sections
of the cooperative. These objectives and their fulfilment are reviewed
and evaluated regularly.
Priority for
each individual
worker of the cooperative society is to increase the quality of
products and efficiency of processes. Each worker bears the direct
responsibility for the quality of all outputs he produces, this also
within the cooperative society.
One of the
basic instruments
for achieving the above mentioned objectives is the continuous
monitoring of the needs of the past, present and also future customers
as well as other parties involved. Under the requirements of all
parties involved the cooperative society incorporates also the
non-expressed, expected or usual requests. Monitoring of the customers'
satisfaction represents the checking instrument.
Further
instruments include
the enhanced awareness of the quality, training, courses and ongoing
improvement of the skills of all workers.
The system of
control and
enhancing of the quality incorporates also the suppliers and parties
involved who are requested to prove the quality of their products and
services. In future we will focus to the quality of individual items
entering the processes.
