Design and engineering
Based on the drawing
documentation of the part or the sample from customer we work out the
drawing documentation of the injection form or the tool for cutting or
bending. After the documentation is approved we manufacture the tool or
the form.
The design and engineering
works are performed in the CAD/CAM Autodesk Inventor R9 system. We
import the data in IGES, DXF, DWG, Pro/Engineer formats and export in
the IGES, DXF and DWG formats.

Testing and debugging
We test and debug the tools produced by us as well as delivered by customer.
Repairs and maintenance
We repair quickly and in a
qualified way the defective cutting tool or injection form. We perform
the regular maintenance. Its plan is being consulted with the customer.
