We work with other thermoplastic materials and their copolymers according to the customer's wish. Based on the parameters required for the final product we recommend the most suitable material which meets the individual criteria.

By means of an exact dosing we are able to mix whatever colour shade as per the customer's request. For selection of colour shade we have a broad scale of colour samples.

We prefer drying of material directly at the machine for which it is aimed. For this purpose we are equipped with hot-air molecular drying ovens, mostly from the Motan firm. To reach the high quality of products we combine this drying equipment with further systems for pre-drying of materials.

The quality and its reproducibility we ensure, besides others, also by exact mixing of material batches according to the corresponding technological procedure. The exact composition is ensured by means of Motan - Gravicolor 30, the fully automated mixing equipment, the principle of which is based on weighing of the individual components (original materials, colours, additives and re-granulates) according to the pre-set program accompanied by continuous checking and calibration of these equipment. Motan - Minicolor equipment performs the dosing of dyes for less demanding products. For mixing of original material with re-granulate the Motan automatic two-component suckers are used.
